  • FinCEN Form 114 must be filed electronically
  • Report all foreign accounts with aggregate value over $10,000
  • Includes Israeli bank accounts, investment accounts, and pension funds

October 15, 2026 – Extended Deadline

  • Automatic 6-month extension available
  • No request required – deadline is automatically extended
  • Must file by this date to avoid penalties up to $12,921 per account

Severe Penalty Warning

  • Willful non-filing: Up to $12,921 per account or 50% of account balance
  • Non-willful violation: Up to $12,921 per account
  • Criminal penalties: Up to $250,000 and 5 years imprisonment

Accounts That Must Be Reported

  • Bank Hapoalim, Bank Leumi, and other Israeli bank accounts
  • Investment accounts with Israeli brokers
  • Keren Hishtalmut and Israeli pension funds
  • Joint accounts where you have signature authority
